Martin Burkitt

Martin has 30 years experience in all areas of real estate and has spent the last 15 years working exclusively with corporate occupiers. He has developed and implemented real estate strategies for UK and international companies and is an expert in the field of defining processes for achieving best practice and governance.

Martin is principal of Pivotal CRE.

Prior to setting up Pivotal, he was Vice President of Real Estate EMEA for Johnson Controls; one of the largest global real estate and facilities management businesses with more than 11,500 employees.

Fulcrum Corporate

In 1999 Martin was one of the founding directors of Fulcrum Corporate becoming Managing Director and Chairman. The company was sold to Johnson Controls in 2007.

Fulcrum Corporate became the UK’s foremost independent Corporate Real Estate advisory and service provider, working solely on behalf of corporate occupiers, advising them how to maximise performance and making best use of assets to meet business objectives.

Space Program

Martin developed Space Program, the award winning intranet based process management tool for communicating and achieving best practice in Corporate Real Estate.
